Hotel Caracol Isla Mujeres

Our new favorite place to stay in Isla Mujeres. Everything was great, but we stayed for 6 nights only. Its location was very central, a short walk to snorkeling. The hotel was a useful base for enjoying a great area.

We loved almost every detail of this affordable hotel, including staff and location. Best possible location with a port close to the property. There was a sandy beach a short walk from the place. The rooms were with nice bathrooms.

Spotlessly clean, cute little hotel with perfect location near the beach. The breakfast was fine, guests were offered toast, butter and bread.

Cosy, perfectly clean place, everything was great, including location and facilities. The beds were very big, I slept well. The great onsite restaurant had lots of food.

Amazing hotel, wonderful staff. We were given amazingly comfortable room with sliding glass doors, cooktop plus nice bathrooms. Situated in a local area. Beautiful garden and lovely pool area. Thank you for making our stay fairly nice!

I truly enjoyed this hotel: fantastic breakfast and my individual room. Truly exceptional service, as the staff was charming. Exceptionally comfortable beds, closet space, terrace and coffee in the room. Cheap venue centrally located in the city.

Clean enough hotel, top location. Really spacious suite and wonderfully comfortable bed. There were a supermarket and stores around the venue.

The bkfast staff does a fabulous job. The hotel is set in a downtown area with views of the garden. Also, easy to get to a white - sand beach.

Generous-sized rooms, helpful staff, unbeatable location - appreciated it!

useful base for a 3-night stay. staff was lovely and room overlooked garden. good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like los tacos de humo that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Good location, amazing prices. Cafe Mogagua, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Nice interior design
